What You Will Do ?

• ?Developing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks
• .Identifying growth opportunities through data trends using time-series analysis and predictive modeling
• .Extracting quantitative insights from data, and translating them into actionable recommendations to address knowledge gaps and drive business impact
• .Creating and managing dashboards, enabling easy data access for the stakeholders
• .Maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility, and ensuring data quality
• .Designing, executing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product features or marketing strategies
• .Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, user segments and market evolution
• .Contributing to high-quality documentation for metrics, analyses and data models
• .Promoting data literacy and a data-driven mindset within the team and the organization

What We’re Looking For

• 🔎Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environmen
• t.Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.
• ).Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex dataset
• s.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
