Job Profile Summary
The Senior Data Analyst will be project managing a series of strategic initiatives to improve processes and systems as well as lead programs, consult stakeholders, build requirements documentation, and design future state systems. In addition, the Senior Data Analyst will engage in process excellence initiatives to drive critical automation activities that allows us to scale.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing through ambiguity and complexity, and demonstrate an ability to support multiple, simultaneous, projects at any one time. Candidates are also expected to have sufficient finance experience to help the project team identify and incorporate the necessary financial reporting and internal control elements into the systems or tools that are developed to support new business activities.
Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
* Develop and maintain databases and data systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
* Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
* Work closely with network engineers and operations team members to identify opportunities for network improvement and cost reduction.
* Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the profitability of various business units and proposed services.
* Create and maintain profitability models to support decision making processes.
* Analyze existing processes and lead projects that result in measurable outcomes.
* Ensure successful project delivery that aligns with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and executives, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum Years Experience: 5+ Yrs.
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in finance; 0-1+ years of experience in an Operations / Project Management role.
* Ability to think tactically, strategically, and creatively. Develops good relationships with business partners.
* Ability to understand financial drivers and outcomes in the business and explain these to non-financial colleagues.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision makers and to achieve results by effectively collaborating with key stakeholders through transparency, partnership, and predictability.
* Goal-oriented, results-driven self-starter with a strong desire to see tasks through to completion. Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives.
* Resilient and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
* Must demonstrate customer focus (internal and external), attention to detail, flexibility, command skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and be a team player.
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in telecommunications industry.
