Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL. Summary: The Third-Party Risk Management and Technology Risk Team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of our GRC Modernization project within the Cybersecurity team. This initiative involves deploying a new on-premises Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform and integrating it with existing applications across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Define project objectives, deliverables, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle; Provide continuous work direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Project Execution: Plan, direct, and manage the installation and implementation of the IT project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impacting multiple business areas effectively
• Integration Management: Oversee the integration of the new GRC platform with current systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless operation
  
  

Requirements

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies, including documentation and stakeholder communication
• Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of organizational processes and systems, specifically within cybersecurity and GRC environments
• Problem Solving: Ability to address straightforward problems and propose solutions using standard procedures, while adapting to new challenges with minimal oversight
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to coordinate among diverse groups to achieve project goals efficiently
• We are looking for a proactive team leader capable of driving innovation through a structured approach; The candidate must be flexible and adept at working in a dynamic environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
