The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:

• To handle customer enquiries via various channels including email, phone, face-to-face and relevant online platforms
• To resolve customers’ enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
• To support supervisor to manage the Speech-to-Text AI system
• To proactively learn and grasp latest industry knowledge to improve the Call Centre’s customer service standard
• To follow service guideline and work procedures to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Call Centre. Experience in AI technology will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on Hong Kong business environment is preferred.
• Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and a team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.
  
  

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
