Position Overview

We are seeking a remote Credentialing & Licensing Specialist based in the Philippines to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role is critical in enabling ANNA to scale to new geographies, onboard clinical staff efficiently, and ensure that services begin for families without delay.

You will manage the full end-to-end credentialing process for all clinical providers with insurance payors (both commercial and Medicaid), oversee provider licensure across states, and support payor contracting and enrollment efforts as we expand into new markets. You’ll work closely with our Director of RCM and partner with teams across operations, people, and clinical leadership.

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Credentialing & Recredentialing:

  • Own and manage provider credentialing and recredentialing across all insurance payors
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payor-specific forms
  • Maintain real-time tracking of credentialing status and expirables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation (licenses, NPIs, certifications, etc.)

Licensing & New Market Expansion:

  • Track and process state licensure applications for BCBAs and RBTs across all active and upcoming markets
  • Maintain documentation of license status and renewal deadlines
  • Monitor changes in state requirements and flag issues early to leadership
  • Support licensing of new centers, including facility-level applications and state-specific enrollment steps

Payor Contracting & Enrollment:

  • Prepare and manage documents required for new payor contracts and enrollment in new markets
  • Track progress and timelines of payor onboarding
  • Liaise with payors to ensure timely activation of new sites and providers

General Admin & Reporting:

  • Keep credentialing and contracting databases updated and audit-ready
  • Generate weekly reports on progress and escalate risks early
  • Respond to insurance and institutional verification requests

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in credentialing, licensing, or payor contracting in a healthcare setting (ABA or behavioral health preferred)
  • Proficiency with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and U.S. payor portals
  • Strong understanding of credentialing and licensing workflows in the U.S. healthcare system
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Access to reliable internet and a quiet, professional home office setup

Working Hours

  • Full-time
  • Must be available for the entire U.S. Eastern Time workday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)

Compensation

  • $12,000 – $36,000 USD per year, based on experience
  • Monthly payment via international contractor platform
  • Paid holidays aligned with Philippine national holidays
