Responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining data within the PROMIS System to support Requests. Attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and ability to understand requirements is crucial for success in this position.

  • Maintain PROMIS database by entering/updating information from source documents
  • Resolve deficiencies provided in the source documents
  • Collaborate with other team members and other groups
  • Maintains data entry requirements ensuring procedures are followed
  • Verifies data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
  • With at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing
  • PROMIS experience a plus
  • Reliable and dedicated with the ability to grasp and apply new procedures quickly
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Keen attention and thoroughness to detail
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
