Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement control systems (hardware and software) based on process requirements
Create detailed Sequence of Operations documents outlining control strategies
Lead design review meetings with clients to gain approval on system designs
Provide on-site support for system installation, check-out, and start-up
Deliver final system documentation and conduct training sessions for end users
Serve as technical lead on projects, mentoring junior engineers and technicians
Support integration projects across industries such as manufacturing and water/wastewater treatment
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience in control systems engineering
Proficiency in PLC programming and system integration using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Modicon, and Siemens
Experience with SCADA software (e.g., FactoryTalk, VTScada, AVEVA)
Familiarity with instrumentation and control panel design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
Willingness to travel up to 35%

Standard office setting with regular visits to diverse industrial environments

Must be able to perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, and equipment access as needed
