Job Posting: Senior PLC Programmer & Control Systems Designer (Remote – Full-Time)

We are an automation consulting company working on industrial control and system integration projects. We're currently expanding and looking for a Senior PLC Programmer and Control Systems Designer who can take ownership of automation tasks, collaborate with our team remotely, and deliver high-quality results independently.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a senior engineer with strong experience in PLC programming, electrical control design, and motion systems. The role includes PLC logic development, schematic design, device selection, and VFD/servo integration. Experience with Schneider PLCs is a strong advantage, as we also work within the Schneider Electric ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Program PLCs , Robots and motion controllers
• Select appropriate hardware and components for control panels
• Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Develop modular PLC logic using ladder logic, structured text, and function blocks, VB, SQL
• Design SCADA  to ensure system-wide functionality
• Deliver clean, well-documented, and professional solutions
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with control system design 
• Solid understanding of motion control, servo drives, and VFD integration and configuration
• Familiarity with communication protocols like Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP, etc
• Clear English communication skills and a proactive, independent work approach

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Expertise in Schneider PLCs (EcoStruxure Machine Expert, Control Expert, M240, M580)
• Experience integrating PLCs with SCADA/HMI (EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert and SCADA , AVEVA, etc.)
• Background in functional safety or SIL-rated system design
