Summary

In Melt Group we are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading european general contractor. Company has different projects in pipeline and offers a long term contract.


Duties and Responsbilities:

  • Developing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing contracts for legal accuracy, identifying potential risks and liabilities, and advising on appropriate clauses and terms.
  • Tracking contract performance, managing disputes, and ensuring parties adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with construction projects, including potential claims and liabilities.
  • Ensuring all contracts and related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standar
  • Reviewing bids and proposals for construction projects.
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including subcontracts and purchase agreements.
  • Managing contract changes and amendments.
  • Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance.
  • Providing legal advice to management and project teams.
  • Managing disputes and claims arising from contracts.
  • Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.


Requirements:

  • Legal or Contracts negotiation background. At least +8 years
  • Experience working at/for General Contractors
  • Strong understanding of contract law, real estate law, and construction law.
  • Ability to negotiate complex contract terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate discussions and document agreements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve legal issues and contractual disputes.
  • Ability to analyze contracts and identify potential risks and liabilities.
