Senior Contracts Administrator - North West Sydney Project

With a recently awarded project, they are hiring an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to lead a dynamic team. You will be the commercial lead delivering a $60M new build project in North West Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Client and Project Team to ensure project success.
• Mentor and coach our Commercial Team to foster growth and excellence.
• Develop and implement the project procurement strategy.
• Manage project cost management, including Head & Subcontract Variation management.
• Handle Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim management.
• Maintain cash flow oversight for both Head and Subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive Monthly Financial reports.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CA or Senior CA working for a head contractor
• Demonstrated success in project-based contract and financial administration within major building developments.
• Proficient in contract management with a proven ability to resolve complex contractual issues independently.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
