Role Overview
As a Senior Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping SGA's brand voice, crafting high-impact content, and positioning us as a thought leader. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and strategy, to develop content that resonates with the targeted audience—investment professionals, data analysts, private equity firms, and ESG decision-makers across global enterprises.
This role needs a mix of strategic thinking, research skills, and writing expertise to create engaging and high-quality SEO-driven content across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SGA’s business goals.
- Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor content to craft data-driven content.
- Conceptualize and create compelling content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, web copy, and social media platforms.
Thought Leadership & Research-Based Writing
- Write research-backed, high-quality thought leadership content industry professionals.
- Ensure all content aligns with SG Analytics’ voice, tone, and editorial guidelines.
SEO & Content Performance
- Implement best SEO practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Optimize web content, blog posts, and landing pages to enhance search rankings and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and refine strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and research teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Craft engaging content for LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks and email campaigns.
Editing & Quality Control
- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of industry experience in content writing, preferably in sustainability, investment research, data analytics, and market research.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
- Experience in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with analysts, marketers, and leadership teams.
