About the position:

Lumen’s Marketing Team is on the lookout for a stellar Senior Content Marketing Manager to spearhead content creation, support editorial planning, and manage and edit freelance content writers. As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be a guardian of Lumen’s brand positioning, voice, and tone, setting the standard for all external communications. If you’re passionate about health tech, feel strongly about the Oxford comma, and love a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Hands-on writing and editing for blog posts, emails, guides, website copy, social posts, and more
  • Working with the Director of Marketing Communications to plan the content calendar in accordance with marketing and brand goals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally within the Marketing Team as well as with the Product Team to support content needs and align strategy
  • Managing freelance content writers to support SEO strategy, ensuring high-quality content production for Lumen’s blog
  • Uploading and publishing content on the website
  • Working closely with the Creative Team on design briefs to bring content to life
  • Collaborating on brand messaging and positioning
  • Supporting Lumen’s PR efforts in conjunction with our external PR agency
  • Reporting on content performance using Google Analytics 4 and related tools


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a content marketer in the tech space – B2C experience preferred
  • Native English
  • Ability to elegantly translate complex science into consumable content
  • Experience working with content management systems
  • Experience managing freelancers for high-volume content production
  • Detail-oriented and fanatic about quality content
  • A team player who can work effectively on cross-functional tasks
