Summary

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Content Developer & Strategist with a clinical background and deep knowledge of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) to lead our content efforts across the full buyer journey. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a content leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical expertise, storytelling, and demand generation.


You will own the editorial calendar, develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy, and work cross-functionally to support growth across new and existing client segments. You’ll also play a key role in identifying and using the right terms and language to drive meaningful organic traffic, ensuring our content is discoverable by the audiences who need it most.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop messaging and positioning that helps secure speaking opportunities and panelist spots at relevant healthcare technology conferences and industry events.
  • Develop and own the content strategy for RPM, CCM, and remote care narratives across the organization.
  • Build and maintain a monthly/quarterly editorial calendar aligned to marketing campaigns, content themes, seasonal trends, and key audience needs across the funnel.
  • Segment content plans across Top, Middle, and Bottom of Funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to drive education, lead generation, conversion, and position the organization as a thought leader in the remote care space.
  • Create messaging to support cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns across client segments.
  • Write and edit clear, compelling content across formats: blog posts, whitepapers, social captions, client case studies, email nurtures, landing pages, sales collateral, etc.
  • Translate complex clinical and technical topics into easy-to-understand educational material.
  • Partner with design and video teams to deliver content-ready assets (e.g., write captions, scripts, outlines).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and regulatory guidance.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders, marketing, sales, and client success to align messaging and gather insights.
  • Track and report content performance metrics (engagement, lead conversion, SEO).
  • Maintain an organized content repository and version control process.
  • Conduct ongoing SEO research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize all content for search visibility. Select and apply trending terms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Perform market and audience research across specialties, including Hospitals & Health Systems, Multi-Specialty Practices, Small Practices, and specialty groups like Nephrologists and Cardiologists to ensure content reflects the latest trends and resonates with targeted segments.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership, preferably in healthcare or digital health, required.
  • Clinical background (e.g., LVN, LPN, RN, NP) or strong clinical writing experience in RPM/CCM/telehealth, required.
  • Proven success creating and scaling content that drives inbound leads and nurtures prospects through the funnel.
  • Deep understanding of the remote care landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Skilled at translating clinical knowledge into digestible content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a range of mediums.
  • Experience with CMS, email platforms, and content tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Asana, Grammarly, etc.)
  • Experience conducting market research and topic validation across various provider segments (e.g., hospitals, multi-specialty groups, nephrology, cardiology)
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, and how to integrate search trends into long-form and short-form content.
  • Experience collaborating with design/video to produce educational video content.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content analytics.
  • Knowledge of patient engagement strategies in digital health.
