Job Description :

Content Development: Develop and design educational content, including lesson plans, instructional

materials, assessments, and multimedia resources, aligned with curriculum objectives and

educational standards.

Curriculum Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators

to design and refine curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and scope and sequence

documents.

Instructional Strategies: Apply instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices to

create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and

promote active student participation.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest trends, methodologies,

and technologies in education and instructional design.

Analyze educational needs, target audience characteristics, and learning objectives to inform

content development decisions.

Quality Assurance: Review and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to

instructional design standards.

Conduct quality assurance checks and user testing to validate the effectiveness and usability of the

developed content.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including subject

matter experts, graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and project managers, to ensure timely

completion of content development projects.

Project Management: Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, adhering to

project timelines and budgets.

Provide guidance and support to junior content developers and instructional designers as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from learners, educators, and stakeholders to

continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of educational content.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance instructional design

practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related
• field.
• 5+ years of experience in content development or instructional design.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Qualifications :
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, learning theories, and instructional models (e.g., ADDIE,
• Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience collaborating with
• cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to content quality and accuracy.

Work Conditions:

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Working From Home 4 days per month
