We have experienced rapid growth so far and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant with experience managing programmes and leading large delivery teams.
About the role:
You will join our Insights and Analytics Consulting Practice and work in close partnership with our Technology team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our fast-growing start-up. You’ll be leading client projects, continuously developing your skills through new opportunities, and driving growth through business and internal capability development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the planning and execution of digital transformation programmes
- Defining programme scope, objectives and success metrics and tracking performance
- Managing and engaging a range of stakeholders
- Managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Applying critical and creative thinking to problems to identify solutions
- Analysing data as needed and effectively presenting findings
- Managing, coaching, and empowering team members
What we’re looking for:
- 4-5 years within consulting, with a proven ability to lead and manage programmes
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile
- Capability depth and breadth – with experience in data and analytics transformation, ideally relevant to our service areas
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and critically
- Prince2 qualification or equivalent would be a bonus
