As an FPA, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing supplier performance, conducting site visits, and identifying opportunities to enhance crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to suppliers, ensuring real-time issue resolution and implementing best practices across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do:
• Analyze wireless construction site performance metrics and identify improvement areas
Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot real-time discrepancies
• This role is a field performance advisor and would focus on improving vendor installation and process improvements in the field.
• Partner with suppliers to enhance construction processes and adherence to Company standards
• Develop process improvements that drive efficiency and quality nationwide
• Foster strong relationships with market suppliers to create a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of wireless construction management experience
• Must be within 50 miles of the DC area
• The ideal candidate should have a tower-related crew and installation experience focusing on safety. They would have experience to improve installation quality and cycle times in the field. Also, TMO experience and experience with Ericsson tools and applications are a plus.
• Must have good experience constructing cellular sites, managing crews performing this work, and working with suppliers performing this work.
• Strong knowledge of general wireless construction processes & supplier management
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification for the telecommunications industry
