Required Experience/Qualification · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or CCM or PMP Certifications) · Minimum 10 Years of Experience in CM · Experience in Safety & Quality Assurance · Manage Multiple Projects Primary Responsibilities · Responsible for day-to-day management of multiple projects and reporting to MTA C&D · Manage/Review/update commitment plan with Construction & Delivery (C&D) · Coordinate and schedule project bidding activities with agency representatives and procurement departments · Coordinate bidder lists with pre-qualification unit · Prepare and deliver bidder justification memoranda for MTA concurrence/approval · Serve as primary liaison with MTA agency staff including high level oversight of project delivery/ implementation and contractor performance · Supervise the work of assigned Project Managers · Overall responsibility for assigned projects from inception to closeout · Perform Constructability reviews of assigned projects · Ensure bid document readiness for bidding · Manage agency relationship on project level · Coordinate/schedule project bidding activities · Attend pre-bid meetings · Participate in bid evaluations · Draft recommendation to award memo · Chair project meetings, prepare and issue meeting minutes · Manage submittal and RFI process and logs · Manage/follow-up subcontractor approval process Assist/Mentor contractor with baseline schedule preparation · Assist/Mentor contractors with material submittals/format/project documentation · Review pencil copy and final copy of contractor requisitions with agency rep and contractor verify work in place · Special Inspection Coordination and scheduling- field scheduling for site inspections/ tests, · Monitor compliance and reporting for MWBE contractual requirements · Schedule and attend all agency required inspections prior to project close-out · Ensure project close-out are performed expeditiously Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
