Responsibilities:
Manage Projects and Deployments
Resolve Tier-2 Tickets when Tier-1 is unable to resolve.
Work with Tier-1 Technicians and provide support
Provide front end support in a wide array of areas from configuring PCs to configuring
and management of servers and networks
Eager to learn about new hardware and software releases.
Requirements:
Honesty and Integrity in all dealings
Expert Knowledge of TCPIP networking and DNS
Expert Knowledge of Server 20122016/2019/Exchange 2016/2019 / Azure + O365
Expert Knowledge of VMware vCenter 5.5/6.0/6.5/6.7 + vSAN
Expert Knowledge of Pfsense / Sonicwall / SSLVPN / Site to Site VPN
Expert Knowledge Desktop and Laptop hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting / problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong work ethic and ability to contribute to the growth of a small company
7+ Years Experience in Managed Services Business
