Kforce has a client in Commerce, CA seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst that will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to support our strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Compensation Analyst will develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
* Analyze market data to assess competitiveness of compensation plans
* Oversee the annual merit process, ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Administer job evaluation systems and ensure consistent application across the organization
* Lead incentive planning initiatives to drive performance and reward achievement
* Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop job architecture frameworks
* As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide expert advice on compensation-related matters and best practices
* Conduct detailed data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
* Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
* Prepare and present comprehensive compensation reports and insights to stakeholders* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in HR Compensation
* CCP certification and experience with HRIS systems preferred
* 6 years of advanced professional experience in compensation administration
* Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project execution
* In-depth knowledge of compensation-related laws and best practices
* Familiarity with Microsoft business applications, compensation software, and HRIS systems
* Exceptional analytical and data management skills for handling large datasets
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
* Proficient in job evaluation systems and performance management processes
* Healthcare experience highly desirable; Experience with physician compensation is a plus
