Summary

Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst

Location: Austin, TX; Hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week

Duration: 3-month contract with extensions + possible conversion

Pay: $40-$55/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce workable and effective program solutions which are market competitive, scalable, customer responsive and aligned with company business objectives and system capabilities.
  • Lead and support our annual merit and long-term incentive cycle.
  • Manage global market analysis process and associated job infrastructure which drives market matches and competitive pay and equity scales in each location. Monitor trends and provide thought leadership regarding the attraction and retention of talent.
  • Assist in developing global and local compensation strategies ensuring they align with business strategy and are market competitive.
  • Educate internal teams, employees, managers, and leaders regarding compensation programs.
  • Prepare budget estimates for compensation programs and collaborate with business and HR leadership to prioritize areas for investment.
  • Calculate quarterly and annual bonuses for employees, managers and executives and communicate company results against targets.
  • Support quarterly board updates on equity allocations and spending.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of compensation approvals and requests.
  • Partner with brokers and consultants to manage third party vendors and ensure quality and cost-efficient outcomes.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a multi-national high-tech company
  • Proven experience with global market analysis and job framework design
  • Proficiency with Workday Advanced Compensation system
  • Expert level Excel skills
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills with clear, specific milestones and execute timely and comprehensive completion.
  • Ability to educate others, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organization.


Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a senior level compensation consultant to build, scale, and innovate compensation strategies across 17 countries within 3 regions at one of their Austin based semiconductor clients. The new consultant should be a proven strategic HR professional with a demonstrated ability to manage complexity and large volumes of data through adaptability, simplification, framework, and scalability. Conceptual thinking, customer experience, data analysis, and systems capability are key components we consider as we assess evolving needs and collaborate with managers and other People Team members to create global and local solutions. This role will play a lead role in designing global compensation programs to scale.


We're seeking a strong senior-level candidate with demonstrated experience in market analysis, expert-level Excel skills, and a solid foundation in Workday Advanced Compensation.
