Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Community Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of various communities, ensuring efficient and effective management. Responsibilities include managing community relationships, handling community communications, organizing events, and liaising with board members. The role also involves overseeing financial management, enforcing community rules, and addressing residents' concerns while providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience in Event Planning, Communication Management, and Public Relations
  • Skills in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Administrative Tasks
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or related field
