CNC Programmer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming multi-axis CNC machines, and optimizing machining processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
- Ensure quality control standards are met through first-article inspections and process adjustments.
- Maintain and update program libraries for efficiency and standardization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a precision machining environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models.
- Experience with multi-axis milling and turning centers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
