Summary

Objective

Develop and support new manufacturing process of large aerospace parts (aluminum alloys) in 5 axis Horizontal & Vertical CNC machine using Catia V5, provide support to different department such operations, quality, tooling and planning department, knowledge of forming process of aluminum alloys like roll forming, stretch wrap, check and straightening, and heat treatment of aluminum alloys.


Responsibilities

  • Create and support new CNC programs for the new products of 4 and 5 axes horizontal and vertical machines.
  • Understanding the G code
  • Lead projects and high complex task
  • Design a creation of new holding system.
  • Analysis and plans conceptualization; support other departments.
  • RCCA Analysis; internal and external quality problems solution.
  • Create tool & Engineering changes. Support the robust FA system.
  • Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.


Qualifications

  • Professional degree: Mechanical Eng., Mechatronic Eng, Aerospace Eng.
  • +7 years of experience in manufacturing & machining processes.
  • Experience in CATIA V5 design & programming
  • Understanding the GD&T application.
  • Experience with Fanuc, Siemens& Heidenhain controls
  • Reading G & M codes
  • Postprocessor knowledge, ICAM and IMS preferred.
  • Emulation knowledge Vericut preferred.
  • Develop a CNC machining processes.
  • Selecting a high-performance cutting tool, calculating Feed & Speed considering HP.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Developing CNC programs for stretch wrap (extrusions)
  • H/T experience of Aluminum alloys (annealing, Quenching & aging)
  • English spoken and written (80%).
