What You’ll Do: Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming Design and implement custom fixtures for production efficiency Apply advanced lathe and true 5th axis machining techniques Collaborate with Project Managers on time, cost, and scope planning Mentor and train junior machinists to elevate team performance What We’re Looking For: 5-7 years of relevant CNC Machining, setup and programming experience. Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining Strong knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing, and high-tolerance machining Proficiency with Fusion 360 or related CAM software Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical & Work Environment: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Exposure to machining components, coolants, and airborne particles Moderate to extreme noise conditions—hearing protection provided as needed Why Work With Us?
