Overview

Seeking an experienced CNC Engineer with Six Sigma Black Belt certification to lead machining projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role involves CNC programming, new capital introduction, and supporting production with process validation and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CNC machining and New Capital Introduction (NCI) projects
• Develop and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-Code, Siemens NX)
• Perform machine setups and process validations
• Train technicians on new equipment and processes
• Document processes and resolve tooling/fixturing issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technical field
• 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or quality (preferably automotive)
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified
• Experience with CNC machining, AIAG & ISO 9001 standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Siemens NX, CAD, CREO, or Pro-E proficiency
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
