Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Public Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP).
• Act as a key contact point for planning, confirming deployment models, and defining system/application requirements on cloud.
• Implement and maintain cloud solutions aligned with VietinBank’s technology roadmap.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates (especially using Terraform).
• Control cloud costs and optimize resource usage.
• Ensure cloud security and compliance.
• Build and maintain cloud architecture documents, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Conduct internal training sessions and share cloud knowledge across teams.
• Participate in IT projects related to cloud infrastructure and transformation

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields from accredited institutions (full-time programs only).

Language Skills:

• Good English communication skills; ability to read technical documents and work independently with international partners.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on expertise with Public Cloud platforms: AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP.
• Strong experience with multi-account architectures, landing zones, and control towers.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking fundamentals: VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancers.
• Proficient in cloud security best practices.
• Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially Terraform.
• Experience working with Lambda functions and automation in system administration.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience working on AWS Cloud or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience migrating systems from on-premises to the cloud.
• Strong experience with Terraform deployment.
• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML on cloud environments.

Certifications:

• Relevant Public Cloud certifications: AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactive, diligent, and creative.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
