Senior Cloud Solutions Developer

This is a HYBRID position requiring 2-3 days/week in office in Livermore, California

We are currently recruiting for an accomplished Senior Cloud Solutions Developer to help create and implement a cloud based architecture of our industry leading software solution.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong conceptual, communication and coding skills, capable of leadership within areas of special responsibility in a team environment. In addition, the position requires:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS.
• Develop and maintain web applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security and compliance in cloud deployments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AWS cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).
• Expertise in React for front-end development.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture.
• BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud/web development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud architecting.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and other development environments.
• Experience with Luciad Ria.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• C++, Windows Desktop Development a plus
