Welcome to the IT Security Team at Fresenius Digital Technology! This is where you will accompany the continuous development and expansion of our new center of excellence in IT security issues.

You will be the central point of contact within the team for everything relating to Microsoft Cloud Platform Security. If you are familiar with the challenges involved in developing and successfully implementing Microsoft security solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

Your daily tasks will include:

• Your primary focus will be on designing and developing security architectures for cloud and hybrid on-premises systems.
• Your extensive expertise in security matters will be crucial in various aspects of the work. Teams will rely on your expert guidance, particularly during the integration phase.
• It will be your responsibility to translate requirements documents into security reference architectures, and conceive and implement cloud-native architectures and designs.
• In essence, you will be responsible for the architecture, prioritisation and coordination of all security technologies necessary to ensure a highly secure yet usable development and operational environment.
• Aditionally, you will develop prototypes for technical security decisions, promote the integration of innovative security applications and be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a security governance model for cloud platform operations.

What is important from our point of view:

• (Master's) degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar discipline or knowledge and skills acquired in practice (career-changers are also welcome!)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a demanding security environment with a focus an Microsoft security and identity technologies, combined with very good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, MS Defender for Identity, Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel
• Experience in identity solutions such as zero trust, privileged access management, just-in-time administration, etc.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud and workload security configurations and procedures
• Preferably, expertise in threat modelling, incident response and recovery techniques
• Strong oral and written communication skills in fluent English
• Practical experience in an agile development environment (DevOps/DevSecOps) would also be an advantage
• Good analytical skills and willingness to develop professionally and personally in a dynamic environment
