We're building a brand-new engineering hub in Prague (launching Q4), this role will be central to that growth and you'll play a leading role in shaping the cloud function across the business. Your task will be to architect, define and deliver a pragmatic and scalable cloud transformation plan, working across a hybrid environment with engineers in London and India, and a new Prague hub coming soon.

You’ll own:

• Cloud strategy, architecture, and roadmap – from design to delivery
• Modern platform tooling – with a focus on AWS (strongly preferred) or GCP/Azure, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and automation
• Cloud-first principles across the global engineering org
• Influence at the highest levels – acting as a trusted Cloud voice to the CTO and engineering leadership

Skills and experience:

We’re after a visionary, senior-level Cloud Architect with hands-on depth and strategic clarity. You’ve likely operated in product-led or software-first environments and know how to connect technical design with business impact.

• 10+ years in cloud/platform architecture in complex, distributed setups
• Deep experience with AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native tooling
• Proven ability to define and implement enterprise-wide cloud strategy
• Matrix leadership experience – able to drive initiatives across multiple teams without formal people management
• Strong communication skills – able to influence, advise, and deliver with clarity
• A mindset for innovation, simplification, and scale
