The ICS Senior Claims Examiner performs a variety of professional duties in support of ICS Workers’ Compensation (WC) clients, including reviewing, examining, investigating, and analyzing claims, ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices. Review claim documents for compensability and subrogation, computes indemnity benefits and relevant claim payments, provides information and assistance to clients, injured workers, medical and legal professionals and performs related duties as assigned.

This position must be located in California to comply with our client contracts. However, there is no requirement for coming into an office.

We also have many accounts with labor code 4850 claims, so any exposure to this labor code is a nice to have!
