Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Civil/Wastewater Engineer to lead our wastewater engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and wastewater design, providing innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable wastewater management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of wastewater management projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals for wastewater facilities.
• Oversee the construction management of wastewater treatment plants and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and wastewater engineering/design.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater design principles and construction management practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office applications.
• Experience with water storage, pump stations, and collection systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with modeling software for wastewater systems is advantageous.
