Summary

Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? As a Senior Civil & Structural Engineering Manager at for Conductor Power, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the design and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects. Acting as the company’s Subject Matter Expert, you'll bring deep technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and strategic oversight to a growing portfolio of solar projects that make a lasting impact on our communities and the planet.

In this role, you’ll lead engineering efforts from initial concept through construction. You will be responsible for developing cost-effective, constructable preliminary designs—especially around grading and pile design—to support project estimating and planning. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including estimating, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure technical solutions are aligned with project goals. Your ability to identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement will be key to project success.

As a trusted leader, you’ll provide hands-on support to internal engineering staff and serve as the bridge between civil/structural design and project execution. You’ll be counted on to deliver clear communication, innovative problem-solving, and expert insight throughout the lifecycle of each project. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in collaboration, understands the nuances of solar system design, and is ready to lead with purpose in the renewable energy space.
