Senior Civil Engineer - Public Works

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Civil Engineer to join our Public Works team. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative and skilled group on meaningful infrastructure projects to some of our largest clients in the state of California!

What You'll Do:

• Lead public works projects from start to finish-managing budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and city staff.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for city councils and public meetings.
• Support public outreach and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in civil engineering and project management of municipal projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• Grant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in project planning, design review, and AutoCAD.
  
  

Salary & Benefits:

• $130,000-$150,000
