About This Role

As Senior City Operations Manager you are responsible for the success of Just Eat Takeaway.com’s Scoober. Scoober is Just Eat Takeaway's own food delivery service. In the role of Senior City Operations Manager, you are responsible for making the operation in the Scoober city of Rotterdam and Dordrecht as efficient and profitable as possible.

Together with the Senior Courier Coordinators you are responsible for the daily operations and execution of the operations within the region of Rotterdam and Dordrecht. Here you will need to balance between the daily operations and the strategic path for the cities. Next to this you need to work closely with your direct colleagues to manage the region performance.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the entire logistics operation in Rotterdam and Dordrecht runs smoothly by looking ahead and creating a clear vision for the future;
• Improve processes within the Office to deliver the best quality and save costs;
• Managing 2 senior coordinators and 8 courier coordinators.
• Through your analytical ability you make structural adjustments to achieve the agreed SLAs and KPIs;
• You work closely with different departments such as Sales,Live Ops and Customer Service to deliver the best service to our restaurants.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• HBO/WO working and thinking level with extensive experience in a management position in operations;
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is nice to have;
• You are service oriented, know how to get people on board through your enthusiasm and think in solutions;
• You can cope well in stressful situations and know how to keep the team calm;
• You are analytical and data driven to get the best results;
• You are willing to work entirely at the hub and sometimes at headquarters.
