Senior CISCO Network Engineer - DV Cleared

Location: Corsham - hybrid basis at Corsham MOD

Salary up to £65,000 + excellent company benefits + yearly tax free bonus

NexGen Associates are currently working with a well established IT Consultancy client who work within the government and defence verticals. They are now looking to take on an experienced Network Engineer to join their team, where you will collaborate with technical architects to design, implement and optimise network infrastructure across diverse client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and deploy tailored network solutions.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
• Utilise a combination of hardware and software tools to support operational and business goals.
• Work closely with external partners, including the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and UK Government clients, to align solutions with strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• You must have CISCO or Juniper and MOD Networks experience
• Network LAN / WAN switch and router configuration, administration and hardware deployment experience.
• CCNA qualified or equivalent
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
• DV Security Cleared is essential
