Cat Managementチームでは個々のお客様のポートフォリオの特性や直面する課題を踏まえ、確率論モデルやその他手法を用いて地震、台風、洪水など大規模災害リスクを定量化することでお客様のリスク戦略をサポートしています。

職務内容

• キャットモデルを使用した大規模災害リスク分析
• キャットモデルの妥当性評価
• ブローカーやAnalyticsの他チームと連携し保険会社、共済団体、および再保険会社に対して分析手法や結果を説明
• 地震、台風、洪水など大規模自然災害発生後に損害額を推定
  
  

経験・スキル

• 工学的・確率論的手法を用いた自然災害など大規模災害リスクの定量化の経験
• MS Office スイート (Access, Excel、PowerPoint, Word) に関する高度なスキル
• 複雑な概念をわかりやすく伝える能力
• チームを率いて期限内に柔軟に働ける能力
• 母国語もしくは流暢なレベルの日本語（JLPT N1同等）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力、もしくは英語力向上への意欲がある方
  
  

以下の経験があれば尚可

• キャットモデル（RMS、Verisk、CoreLogic）の使用経験
• VBA、SQL、R、Pythonでのプログラミング
  
  

勤務条件

• 給与：経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
• 勤務地：東京都千代田区永田町2丁目10－3 キャピトルタワー11F
• 勤務時間：9:00-17:00（休憩60分・実働7時間） フレックスタイム制
• 残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による

Aon Japan is currently recruiting a Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst for Reinsurance Solutions. As part of the Catastrophe Management team, you will play an integral role providing analytics support on risk assessment and risk management consulting for Aon Reinsurance Solutions clients.

Job Description

• Portfolio analysis using catastrophe models
• Evaluation of catastrophe models
• Interaction with Broker Team and Analytics to present results to clients and reinsurers
• Post event analysis following a major catastrophe event
  
  

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Natural catastrophe risk quantification
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suites (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts
• Ability to lead teams and work flexibly to meet deadlines
• Fluent in Japanese (native speaker, JPNL 1 or equivalent)
• Business level English language skills
• Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
• Catastrophe modelling experience with vendor models (RMS, Verisk, CoreLogic)
• Programming experience in VBA, SQL, R or Python
