Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAD/BIM Draftsperson to join our Mechanical Department Infrastructure Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD drafting and Building Information Modeling (BIM), with a proven track record in mechanical infrastructure projects (pumping stations, lifting stations, utility culverts, vehicular tunnels, chilled/hot water networks and gas networks).

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and BIM models for mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
• Senior-level experience in CAD drafting.
• Strong background in BIM (mandatory).
• Experience with mechanical infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D(not a must)).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.”
