Summary

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior C# Software Engineer to join our team as a Lead Developer. You will be working on a mission-critical SaaS product within the healthcare technology sector, helping shape the technical direction of the platform while mentoring a small, collaborative team.

The project involves cloud-based infrastructure (Azure) and close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions in a regulated domain.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of a market-leading healthcare SaaS platform.
  • Write efficient, secure, and scalable code in C# and .NET.
  • Collaborate daily with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver features that meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support seamless system integration with other internal solutions developed in PHP and Python.
  • Guide architectural decisions and review code to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams (Azure) to ensure performant and reliable deployments.
  • Contribute to technical strategy and innovation efforts aligned with industry best practices.




Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Deep expertise in C# and the .NET framework.
  • Proven experience leading software delivery within a development team.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure or other cloud platforms.
  • Strong SQL Server skills and understanding of relational database architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate on projects involving PHP and Python codebases.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical, or biomedical systems is a strong advantage.
