We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP SCM Operations who can perform development, implementation of Information Technology and management information systems within the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. Working in partnership with the business system analysts, business users and technical teams, to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering end-user requirements, involving in developing, testing, implementing, support and maintaining IT solutions in SAP environment.

The purpose of this position is to work as part of a global SAP team providing internal consulting for SAP and related supply chain applications. MKS uses the following SAP SCM modules: SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, PM, Fiori, IBP, APO, Ariba, as well as interfaces to other SCM related applications.

The Business Analyst SAP SCM is responsible for requirements gathering, clarification and evaluation, solution design, configuration, data mapping/testing, documentation, training, problem resolution and help desk support. The position will be co-responsible for initiating, executing, and/or managing Change Requests and Projects with relation to Portfolio Demand Management processes.

  • The successful candidate will have strong SAP SCM experience in at least two SAP modules with a good understanding of other SAP associated supply chain applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with other global teams resources are required. The expected end result is the successful delivery of SAP solutions and maintenance of the business supply chain systems, offering improvements to users, and excellence in help desk support.
  • Min 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, experience in inhouse or external consulting. Experience in conceptualizing and implementing IT-platforms in the respective area.
  • As part of the global team, certain ability of flexible working hours is expected.
  • Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.

  • Acting as in-house consultant, subject matter expert and SAP architect in the area of SAP SCM processes to define SAP architecture solutions and deliver on-time, on budget projects, change requests and enhancements, to work with external support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build trustful partnership with business stakeholders, support requirements gathering and clarification processes.
  • Provide 3rd level support for SAP application functionalities in cooperation with the external support partner company.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.
  • International personality able to support all countries globally.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • Experience working in MM, WM, Inventory, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, BOM, and WIP modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology.
  • 8 years in a discrete manufacturing industry setting and information technology experience.
  • Full knowledge of Systems Life Cycle development methodologies and technical experience in Oracle Applications development.
  • Extensively worked on RICEF Objects Testing
  • Energetic team player with a can-do attitude
