The primary function is to manage and analyse data from various departments, CRM systems, accounting systems to create insightful information in Excel and Google Sheets, provide suggestions and to present the findings to the CEO. This role requires the ability to manage strategies across departments.

Manage & drive strategies across various departments
Create visually appealing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.
Generate daily reports and populate data across various departments within the organization.
Maintain and update trackers for business, sales ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline data reporting processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols in all MIS activities.
Requirements
Min 4+yrs of exp in driving strategies within services industry
Proven experience in an MIS role
Proficiency in extracting, and analysing data from CRMs, accounting systems.
Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization techniques.
Certification in Excel is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
