What does this role involve

  • Defining strategy and business development plans by managing business models while adapting to market shifts, competitor developments, internal constraints, and regulatory changes
  • Establishing deals and partnerships by driving strategic collaborations, including M&As, RFPs, JVs, and commercial partnerships with key industry players to enable effective strategy execution
  • Executing projects and communications by overseeing a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering seamless communication across stakeholders
  • Acting as a catalyst for growth by proactively anticipating key initiatives and mobilizing teams to meet mid-to-long-term objectives
  • Support the Financial Services Team by:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to drive Fintech value for Allegro
  • Ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives by following up and proactively supporting initiative owners, helping remove roadblocks when necessary
  • Establishing across-functional teams and cultivating successful cross-team relationships
  • Supporting knowledge and capability building within the Fintech organization
  • Preparing efficient initiative communication for the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Team levels

This is the right job for you, if

  • You have 5+ years of experience in fintech/financial services industry (experience in business consulting and advisory area would be an asset)
  • You possess solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to Financial Services
  • You have strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills, combined with outstanding business acumen
  • You demonstrate the ability to motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • You are a working entrepreneurial and results-driven achiever, comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • You possess project management skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets
  • You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (C1)
