Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this work you will be responsible for leading and being right hand person to support the leaders vision. You will be presenting on vision and future state on how this division will operate and execute. This leader manages tools and process for the organization. In this scope of work you will be interviewing stakeholders understanding process, what is going well / not well with process and ensure operations and processes are changed. You will also be responsible for process mapping in Visio, updating guidance documents, improve job aids, and gap identification meetings. Be in leadership meetings, provide updates on strategy, identifying key priorities and monitoring progress on critical initiatives. You will also be preparing meeting materials, filtering information and providing communication updates between departments. You will also be overseeing large cross functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. This scope includes analyzing data, presenting options, facilitating updates related to the data and governances programs. Some of the big priorities in this group will include starting a scheduling pilot and re-do process flows and look at additional job aids and procedures. There is a course that trains people on guidance documents and it that might need improvement as well. There is also work / status updates moving back and forth from SAP statuses which will require the gathering of requirements and figuring out process. Other priorities include building out the material into a repository that everyone can utilize and reference. helping structure data on their team so they don't have to reach out to surrounding groups. Data is focused on project completion and protecting their durations from being flagged. As well as keeping leadership structured and organized on all their initiatives. Lastly you will track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement within the organization. we need this support to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.
