  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations leadership to define business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable insights through effective data governance practices.
  • Lead training efforts and onboarding for new Salesforce users, ensuring high adoption and consistency in usage.
  • Provide technical and operational oversight for our project management platform (Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent), including permissions, templates, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project visibility, task tracking, and interdepartmental collaboration through streamlined project management workflows.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to develop reliable revenue performance dashboards and reports for forecasting, pipeline tracking, and goal-setting.
  • Evaluate and implement system enhancements or new tools that align with our evolving needs as we scale.
  • Manage third-party vendors and consultants related to CRM or project management systems, including contracts, renewals, and support.
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in Revenue Operations, CRM development, and project management to proactively identify improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or Business Operations
  • Proven success in administering Salesforce, including managing workflows, permissions, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting or leading the adoption of project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating dashboards, forecasts, and executive-ready reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable translating technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience with CRM implementations such as Zapier, HubSpot, DocuSign, or marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with project planning and resource management in technical or consulting environments.
