Alpineo is a Swiss consulting firm specializing in information technology, engineering, and life sciences. In a context of growth, we are seeking a Branch Manager/Business Manager to lead our agency in German-speaking Switzerland and structure our presence in this market.

The challenges of technological and digital transformation are becoming increasingly crucial for organizations. To meet these challenges, they must improve efficiency, optimize their processes and performance, and, most importantly, recruit the best talent on the market. Alpineo supports its clients in achieving their transformation projects by providing teams of consultants.

Your Mission:

As part of a dynamic team and reporting directly to the founding partners, your mission will be to develop our agency in German-speaking Switzerland, structure our presence, and manage a team of consultants specializing in IT, digital, engineering, or life sciences.

To achieve your objectives, you will need to:

Develop and Maintain a Portfolio of Key Accounts:

• Actively prospect and approach the German-speaking Swiss market
• Conduct client meetings and identify their needs
• Manage referencing processes and negotiate contracts
• Follow up and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Structure and Manage the Agency:

• Take over the agency and implement operational processes
• Recruit and manage a team of consultants (already in place)
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of the agency
• Lead and coach the team to ensure a high level of performance

Recruit and Develop a Team of Consultants:

• Actively search for talent on various recruitment platforms
• Plan and conduct interviews
• Coach candidates and present employment contracts
• Work according to the best practices established by Alpineo Consulting

Your Profile:

• Master's degree from a business/engineering school or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the German-speaking Swiss market, ideally in recruitment or business development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and leadership
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in IT, digital, engineering, and life sciences sectors
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, French is a plus
