Job description:

What Can You Expect In This Role:

ADBRO is expanding and hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In this dynamic digital marketing industry, you will have the opportunity to evolve in a rapidly changing environment and gain firsthand experience with an international founding team.


Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand ADBRO’s market presence.

• Act as a trusted advisor, promoting ADBRO’s innovative marketing solutions to establish them as top choices in the local market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brands to ensure successful delivery of digital advertising campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute tailored media plans, creatives, and campaign reports based on client briefs.

• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service and fostering long-term partnerships.


Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or account management;

• Strong network with advertising agencies, senior decision-makers, brand managers, media planners, and trading/investment teams;

• Experience with leading agencies, major holdings, top brands;

• Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic solutions;

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

• Proficiency in written English.
