Responsibilities

• Promote business development management in Southeast Asia, including the development of payroll services, mobile banking, mid-to-high end customer segment, as well as the promotion of new products and applications
• Drive the business through regular meeting, data sharing, internal marketing, staff training, etc
• Regularly track key performance indicators and business progress to support the Bank in achieving its business goals
• Continuously optimize and promote the short-, medium- and long-term development strategies based on business needs and market conditions of Southeast Asian entities, ensure effective implementation of the development strategies
• Understand, promote and integrate the Bank’s culture to all aspects of work, including improving customer experience, innovating financial products, optimizing business processes and improving management mechanism
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in banking/financial services for Senior Business Development Manager, 5 years for Business Development Manager
• Experience in retail banking business development, product/sales management, business planning is an advantage
• Ability to conduct business analysis, coordinate and handle cross-departmental projects
• Familiar with financial market and regulatory requirements, as well as the overall operation of the bank
• Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Southeast Asia Market and experience in regional project management is preferable
• Proactive and responsible, keen to learn and willing to accept challenges
