Role Description: Senior Business Development Manager (On-site | Lucknow)
We are looking for a growth-driven sales leader who thrives on ownership, accountability, and execution. As a Senior Business Development Manager at Digital Das, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building scalable sales systems, managing teams, and leading strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end revenue growth for assigned vertical or region
- Manage & lead Inside Sales, Field Sales & Outreach teams
- Design and implement sales campaigns with the marketing team
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify strategic partnerships to boost lead generation
- Monitor sales funnel, team KPIs, and conversion rates
- Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee timely reporting
- Hire, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Share regular performance insights with senior leadership

Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and Team Leadership
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or EdTech is a plus
- Analytical mindset to track market trends and optimize sales funnels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to drive consistent revenue growth
- Strong CRM and performance tracking experience
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (inclusive of performance-linked variable)
