Description:-We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – Business Development to drive growth in the office interiors space.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hunter mindset—someone who can open doors, build C-suite relationships, and deliver customized workspace solutions.


1.Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities with corporates, startups, co-working operators, and developers for office spaces and interior fit-outs.

2.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Facilities, CRE Managers) to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.

3.Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, events, and partnerships with IPCs, brokers, architects, and PMCs.

4.Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and commercial proposals, RFP responses, deliver compelling presentation and negotiate pricing, contracts, and timelines with clients

5.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, client expansions/consolidations, new developments, and fit-out trends in major business hubs.

6.Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, projects, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.

7.Target Achievement: Own quarterly and annual BD targets (SQFT leased, interiors booked, revenue booked), reporting progress regularly to senior leadership.


#Background-

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development.
  • Preferred candidates from sectors such as hotels and commercial real estate.
  • MBA is preferred, with strong relevant experience.

#Skills and Attributes-

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and handling long sales cycles
  • Self-starter with a strong track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment
  • Exceptionally organized, process oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other relevant software
  • Able to inspire respect and maintain a strong, professional image
