Summary

Title: Corporate Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Overview: Responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving new business opportunities in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking & cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients; identify decision makers.
  • Plan and execute persuasive pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Present services to existing & prospective clients to enhance relationships.
  • Attend industry events to stay informed on market trends and competitors.
  • Provide strategic input to management for new services and market expansion.
  • Manage CRM data and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.


Key Skills & Background

  • 2-6 years' experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in corporate real estate business development is highly desirable
  • Result-oriented with a drive to learn and excel.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Professional appearance
  • Clear, logical, and concise communicator.
