Senior Business Development(Financial Services) for a Software Development Consultancy

Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion
The Role:
Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
Selling to BFSI customer
Existing customers in the Wealth Management & Payments space
Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population
Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team
The Candidate:
Experience in selling IT Services, Software Development Services, Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, etc. to Financial Services
Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m
High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture
Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level
Well versed in agile and lean practices
The Company:
Digital transformation/agile software dev/software and product development/ML
Turnover £40 million
Clients in Insurance, Banking, etc.
Base of up to £140k OTE up to £280k
Location - access to London 2 days / week
